The Machine

First presented at Short & Sweet #10 "dans l'esprit de Georges Méliès" produced by Festival Phenomena and Tangente. This piece is a recreation of old science fiction tales depicting the struggle of creating work within an institution or industry. It's the dawn of cinematic studios, flashing lights, big budgets & new technologies emerge. It's man vs industry in this short and compelling scenographic lighting work, created in collaboration with choreographer and performer Lael Stellick.
